What This Looks Like

The First Conversation

We start with a simple conversation.

No pressure. No expectations.

Just space to talk honestly about:

  • what you’re carrying

  • where things feel unclear

  • what you’re navigating right now

My role is not to diagnose or fix —

but to help you step back, gain perspective, and see more clearly.

Ongoing Work

If we decide to continue, we create a consistent space to:

  • process decisions and pressure

  • clarify what matters most

  • navigate leadership without losing yourself in it

This is not performance coaching.

It is a place to think clearly and lead from clarity.

Format

  • 1:1 conversations

  • Typically 2–4x per month

  • Flexible based on your needs

If this resonates, you’re welcome to reach out.

Leadership carries questions and pressures that are difficult to think through alone.

Most leaders don’t need more input. They need a place to think clearly.

Our first conversation is simply an opportunity to talk about what you’re navigating and whether this kind of advisory relationship might be helpful.

Most people reach out when something feels unclear, heavy, or difficult to name. You don’t need to have it figured out to start the conversation.

I work with a limited number of leaders each year, so I may not always be able to begin new advisory relationships immediately. But I’m always glad to connect and hear what leaders are carrying.
